SKIING OR SNOWBOARDING PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE
The Skiing or Snowboarding Personal Training Package at the Mike Heatlie Personal Training Studio, Edinburgh, has two main goals.
Through vastly improving specific physical conditioning we aim to 1) improve skiing or snowboarding performance considerably and 2) greatly reduce the risk of injury.
Many injuries in skiing or snowboarding occur as a result of fatigue. Our Skiing or Snowboarding Personal Training Package will focus on significantly improving cardiovascular conditioning, strength and endurance, core performance, correcting any muscle imbalances, and improving mobility and flexibility.
General exercise training has very limited benefits for skiing or snowboarding performance, it needs to be highly specific for that particular activity and at the Studio you will be trained specifically in that manner so you have a much more pleasurable time on the slopes! 🙂
ONE PERSON PERSONAL TRAINING – 60mins
12 sessions: £349.99 (£29.16 per session)

TWO PERSON PERSONAL TRAINING – 60mins
12 sessions: £449.99 (£224.99 per person)
