Neil Elbourne BSc Hons, PgD - Personal Trainer, Edinburgh
Neil is a bit of a latecomer to the fitness industry, but has always been passionate about sport and fitness. Formerly a civil servant, Neil decided that a desk job was no longer for him and wanted to pursue a career in sport/fitness. This prompted a return to higher education, initially completing an HND in Sports Therapy at Telford College, before gaining a first class honours in Sport and Exercise Science at Napier Universty, and subsequently a Postgraduate Diploma in Strength and Conditioning at the University of Edinburgh.
Neil has in the past been a keen footballer and cyclist, but his current passion is for weightlifting. He has previously coached the Scottish National Cricket team, Scotland Women Rugby Squads. He still coaches at Boroughmuir Rugby Club and on West Lothian’s Excellence in School Sports Programme, but also has experience of personal training. Neil has high levels of motivation and can help you achieve your fitness goals whatever they are. He has experience of working with a wide range of people from fitness novices upwards and can gear your programme to the appropriate level required by you the client.

Donald Maxwell MSc, BSc Hons - Personal Trainer Edinburgh
Donald is an enthusiastic, positive individual who has a real passion for fitness, sport and exercise. With this life long passion Donald has enjoyed success playing football and golf competitively and likes a range outdoor sports and activities. Keeping fit is an important part of his life.
During his further education he has gained a Sport and Exercise Science degree with honours at Edinburgh Napier University, and has recently completed his Masters degree in Sport Performance Enhancement at the same university.
Donald is currently working at the Heart of Midlothian Football Club academy as a sport scientist. Jon Reid BSc, NSCA-CPT - Personal Trainer Edinburgh
Jon is currently in his honours year of a Sport and Exercise Science degree at Edinburgh Napier University and is passionate about health, exercise and physical fitness. He holds the prestigious NSCA-CPT personal training certificate, a nationally accredited certificate enabling him to work with a wide range of clients with goals and targets ranging from losing weight to enhancing athletic performance.
Jon is dedicated to helping his clients reach and go beyond their health and fitness goals. He does so by adopting an individualized approach and assessing, motivating and educating each of his clients. He has a particular interest in the benefits of resistance training and regularly incorporates resistance exercises into his sessions.

Matthew Hester - Personal Trainer Edinburgh
Matthew is a hard working and dedicated trainer who is extremely passionate about health, sport and fitness. He is currently studying for Honours Degree in Sport & Exercise Science. His passion for fitness and sport has resulted in him recently taken up American Football. However his real talent lies in athletics, having being a former Scottish 200m sprint champion and has respresented Scotland in many international events in the sprint categories in athletics. In addition to this he also had experience in Athletics coaching.
