Whilst the Mike Heatlie Personal Training Studio does not cater for serious bodybuilders or powerlifters, we do work with men, and women, who wish to build more muscle onto their frames.

This can be typically a man who wishes to add 10-20 lbs of muscle mass or a woman who wishes to focus on adding quality lean muscle tissue to their legs.

The Studio will design a specific diet for you to maximise your gains and you will be trained in a specific system for gaining muscle mass.

We can advise on supplements and also design a program for you if you also train in a health club or gym in Edinburgh.

 

ONE PERSON PERSONAL TRAINING – 60mins

6 sessions: £179.99 (£29.99 per session)

12 sessions: £329.99 (£27.49 per session)

(Either one payment via bank transfer or cash, or two cash instalments of £165.00)

 

TWO PERSON PERSONAL TRAINING – 60mins

6 sessions: £229.99 (£114.99 per person)

12 sessions: £399.99 (£199.99 per person)
