MARATHON TRAINING PACKAGE
The Marathon Training Package is aimed at any individual who is running a set distance they haven’t ran before. Whether it be a 5k, 10k, half-marathon, or full marathon; anyone running an unaccustomed distance must prepare correctly otherwise the goal will not be achieved and injury is also a common and unwanted likelihood.
Oddly enough at the Studio you will not do any running with this package. We will devise a progressive training schedule for you so that all the common mistakes are avoided. In your sessions at the Studio we will combine quality cardiovascular exercise with strength and endurance training in relation with prehabilitation training so that you limit the possibility of injury.
You fitness will be stressed through training other than running as you will have your own bespoke running program and therefore it give us the opportunity to work on other factors.
This package also includes a full dietary plan as nutrition is so important for endurance training, and flexibility and mobility.
